Terms of use

These terms apply to the OneStep web and mobile applications used by connected organisations, employees and clients.

Account and access

An account is personal. Keep your login details confidential and report suspected misuse immediately. The connected organisation determines roles, access rights and account availability.

Permitted use

Use OneStep only for lawful business operations, planning and task execution. You may not bypass security, access another person’s data, upload harmful files or disrupt the service.

Information and photos

Upload only relevant information and photos for which you have permission or a valid business reason. Avoid unnecessary personal data and do not photograph people, confidential documents or sensitive locations unless required and permitted.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The planner and connected organisation remain responsible for employment decisions, task instructions, workplace safety, lawful time registration and communication with employees and clients.

Ending use

Users can ask their planner or use the account deletion page to end an account. Access may be restricted in case of security risks, maintenance or misuse. Legal retention obligations may continue after an account is closed.

Applicable version

Translations are provided to make these terms understandable. If a translated text differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@onestep.center.
